Welcome to Weave! By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of our platform, software, and services. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using Weave’s services.

By accessing or using Weave services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the services after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

Weave provides customized Software as a Service (SaaS) applications tailored to meet dynamic business needs. Specific features, timelines, and project scopes are defined in each service agreement with clients. The services are licensed, not sold, and subject to these terms.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify Weave immediately of any unauthorized use.
   

• Compliance: You agree to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations when using Weave services.
   

• Prohibited Use: You agree not to misuse the services, such as by attempting to disrupt or interfere with Weave systems, reverse-engineer our software, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

• One-Time Payment Model: All Weave services operate on a one-time payment model as specified in each client’s agreement. Payment terms, including payment deadlines and accepted methods, will be outlined in the project agreement.
   

• Non-Refundable Policy: Payments are non-refundable once made, as detailed in our Refund Policy. We strive for client satisfaction but do not offer refunds due to the resources dedicated to each project.

• Weave’s IP: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary software, are owned by Weave or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the services solely as permitted by these terms.
   

• Client Data: You retain ownership of all data you upload or share through Weave services. Weave does not claim any ownership rights over client data but may use it as necessary to provide services in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

• By using our services, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Weave Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard protections. However, Weave cannot guarantee complete security of transmitted information and is not liable for unauthorized access beyond our control.

• Client Termination: You may discontinue use of Weave’s services at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the services ends, but any fees paid are non-refundable.
   

• Weave’s Termination Rights: Weave reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at our discretion, particularly in cases of non-compliance with these terms or illegal activities. Notice of termination will be provided when feasible.

• Weave’s liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the services in question. Under no circumstances shall Weave be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the services.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction where Weave is incorporated.
   

• Resolution Process: You agree to first resolve any disputes informally by contacting Weave’s support team. Should this fail, any legal claims will be resolved through binding arbitration, and not in court, except for matters that qualify for small claims court.
